Villa Sunflower

"Villa Sunflower" is a new one-bedroom casa and one of the three "Villas at Courtyard Corner" in the secluded northwest corner of Baja's Resort at East Cape. Villa Sunflower is two stories with the large master suite upstairs, including a Juliette Balcony, large sliding glass door to the second story terrace and beautiful views. There is a queen-size bed plus ensuite bath with a Baja style walk in shower plus a walk-in closet. There are two built-in workstations, one up, one day, to make work life or personal work smooth. The living space includes a large sofa with chaise lounge and is open to the kitchen with granite countertops and all the accoutrements needed for meals and entertaining. There is a half bath off the living space.

The second story terrace provides sweeping views over the six acres of more than 500 palm trees and 1000 plants that create the resort's living aviary and park-like setting. Villa Sunflower is eco-friendly and built from high R-Value, high-efficiency EF Blocks and includes solar panels.
