Villa Palma

"Villa Palma" is a new one-bedroom casa and one of the three "Villas at Courtyard Corner" in the secluded northwest corner of Baja's Resort at East Cape. Villa Palma's master suite has a queen size bed and includes a lanai patio off the master plus a walk-in closet, a built-in workstation to make work life or personal work smooth, an ensuite bath with a large Baja style shower. The living space includes a large sofa with a chaise lounge and is open to the kitchen with granite countertops and all the accoutrements needed for meals and entertaining.

An expansive second story terrace provides sweeping views over the six acres of more than 500 palm trees and 1000 plants that create the resort's living aviary and park-like setting. Villa Palma is eco-friendly and built from high R-Value, high-efficiency EF Blocks and includes solar panels.
